Richardson’s Damsel (Pomachromis richardsoni) オキナワスズメダイ – size 6cm – Richardson’s Reef Damsel
Richardson’s Damsels form schools over coral heads. They have black stripes on the tail. The stripe on the upper lob of the tail is longer, extending into the top of the peduncle. Between the upper black stripe and the dorsal fin there is a small patch of yellow. There is also a black spot at the base of the pectoral fin. Amami 2023

I am not sure what the ones with the yellow tails are. I suspect that they are juvenile Richardson’s Damsels. They do look like Guam Reef Dansels (Pomachromis guamensis). Amami 2023
The top of the head of an adult Richardson’s Damsel can be yellowish or greenish. Amami 2023
