Scalpel Sawtail (Prionurus scalprum) ニザダイ – size 50cm
Scalpel Sawtail form large schools in some places exposed to waves. They have 4 to 5 spines that have venom. I am not sure how toxic the venom is, and I hope to not find out. The spines themselves look like a good deterrent. Amami 2023
