I think that this is a Slender Lizardfish. The Nebulous Lizardfish has pectoral fins that are a slightly shorter. Amami 2018

I think that this may be a Synodus dermatogenys also known as a Bluestripe Lizardfish, Clearfin Lizardfish, Banded Lizardfish and a few other names. There is a blueish stripe on the back of this one and it looks like a Synodus dermatogenys so that is mmy best guess on this one. Amami 2026
