Gooseneck Barnacles (Lepas anserifera) カルエボシ
Gooseneck Barnacles are filter feeders that grow on floating objects. If anything is drifting in the ocean for a long time it usually has Gooseneck Barnacles growing on it. Lepas anserifera has a long brown to yellow neck, a shell with six white plates and like all barnacles it filters plankton with its modified legs. Amami 2025
