Gold Lace Nudibranch (Halgerda terramtuentis)
The Gold Lace Nudibranch is endemic to Hawaii. It is a very interesting nudibranch. This was the only time I had ever seen any with a camera in my hand. It was on a day I stopped at a place with clear water when no one else snorkeled at all. The water was clear there were some fish to look at, dolphins swam by the boat and these nudibranchs were under the back of the boat. Kauai 2022
