Koloa Maoli (Anas wyvilliana) ハワイマガモ – Hawaiian Duck
Koloa is the Hawaiian name for a duck. They only had one endemic duck so now it is called Koloa Maoli to distinguish it as the native duck. They look similar to the female Mallard Duck. They have dark greenish bills. The male has a darker head, and the female will sometimes have a yellow tip to the bill.
