Kauai Elepaio (Chasiempis sclateri) カウアイヒタキ
The Kauai Elepaio is endemic to Kauai. There are also Oahu Elepaio and Hawaii Elepaio that are similar but found on Oahu and Hawaii Islands. They are a type of Monarch Flycatchers.
