Whitesaddle Goatfish (Parupeneus ciliatus) ホウライヒメジ also Diamondscale Goatfish
The Whitesaddle Goatfish has a white patch behind the dorsal fin, two curved white stripes from the mouth around the eye and towards the white patch, and scales that make a diamond pattern. Much like the similar Kumu in Hawaii.
