Redlip Parrotfish (Scarus rubroviolaceus) ナガブダイ also Blackvein Parrotfish and Half and Half Parrotfish
A male Redlip Parrotfish has red or pink lips. It is hard to see the lips, but the back half of the fish is usually lighter than the front half. That goes for both sexes.
A female Redlip Parrotfish is also darker in the front. The edges of the scales are black which gives it a black vein sort of look.
