Bicolor Fangblenny (Plagiotremus laudandus) イナセギンポ – size 8cm
The Bicolor Fangblenny like many fangblennies likes to eat other fish one bite at a time. It may not have venom in its fangs but it looks much like the Yellowtail Fangblenny which does. Sometimes looking mean is all it takes. Amami 2019
Unlike the Yellowtail Fangblenny it doesn’t have the black line from its eye. It does have a black edge on the forward part of its dorsal fin. Amami 2023
