Clearfin Lionfish (Pteropterus radiatus) キミオコゼ – size 24cm – Clearfin Turkeyfish -Radial Firefish
The Clearfin Lionfish has long white fin rays radiating outward. The membranes between the rays do not extend outward very far. The supraocular tentacle doesn’t have side branches. Vertical white lines on the body and they are horizontal on the peduncle. This fish was previously named Pterois radiata prior to 2026. Amami 2026
