Snowflake Coral (Carijoa riisei)
Snowflake Coral is a type of Octocoral native to the Atlantic Ocean. It has hitchhiked on the bottom of ships to the Pacific. It is considered invasive and there have been attempts to get rid of it. This is on a piling in Port Allen. Kauai 2017
