Scorpionfish (Scorpaenopsis sp.)
I am not sure which species of Scorpionfish this is, but it has a lot of tassels on it. That narrows it down a bit, but they all look too much alike to say for sure. It is still best to keep away from the spines that are venomous on all the varieties of Scorpionfish. Amami
